At Sol Energi ApS, all prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We cannot guarantee the availability of all products.


Sol Energi ApS accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. Payment will be charged to your account when the product is shipped. All amounts are in DKK, including VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and handle out-of-stock items.


Sol Energi ApS aims to dispatch orders received before 5 PM on the same day; orders received after this time will be shipped on the next business day. We deliver to all of Denmark with shipping costs starting from 35 DKK. Products will be delivered to the address provided during the order process. We do not deliver to other countries, the Faroe Islands, or Greenland. Your items will be shipped via Post Nord or GLS. Please note that if there is no space at the pickup location, the package will be moved to the nearest pickup location, and you will be notified. In case of any issues, please contact customer service. We deliver products on all weekdays, and your order will typically arrive within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. Certain products may have specific delivery terms, which will be specified before purchase.


We offer a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish consumer protection laws. Our warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Depending on the specific situation, you may be eligible for repair, replacement, a refund, or a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper use of the product or service. You should report any defects or issues within a reasonable time after discovering them. Sol Energi ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

If a refund is due, please provide your bank details, including account number and sort code, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be shared via email or other electronic means, as they are not sensitive and will only be used for processing the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal for items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day when:

  • You receive the order.
  • You receive the last item in physical possession in cases where multiple different items are ordered in one order but delivered individually or in multiple installments.
  • You receive the last batch or last part in physical possession in cases where the delivery consists of multiple batches or parts.
  • You receive the first item in physical possession in cases of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

You must cover the cost of returning items yourself. The withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment within 14 days after notifying us. Notify us by email at info@solenergi.com, clearly stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw from the purchase by simply refusing to accept the delivery of the product without also notifying us.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal:

  • Items made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
  • Items where the seal has been broken.
  • Non-financial services that have been started with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service is fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content not provided on a physical medium if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal.
  • Newspapers, journals, or magazines, except for subscriptions to such publications.
  • Agreements made at public auctions.
  • Items that deteriorate or expire rapidly.


You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning the item, ensure it is properly packaged. Include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be expedited if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we receive it back. We do not accept packages sent COD.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from the handling of the item other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, it will be considered as used. This means that, upon withdrawal, you may receive only a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of the return.


If you withdraw your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us. In the case of any decrease in value for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted from the refund. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided evidence of having sent it back, whichever comes first.

In-Store Pickup

In our webshop, it is possible to choose in-store pickup for our products. This allows you to reserve an item online and then pick it up physically at our store. When an item is picked up in our store, the same terms and conditions that apply when shopping in our physical store also apply.

To enter into an agreement with us and make purchases on our website, we need the following information about you:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Information about what you have purchased

We process your personal information for the purpose of delivering the product to you and handling inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is carried out in accordance with the rules in our privacy policy for Sol Energi ApS. In our privacy policy, you can learn more about how your information is processed, when it is deleted, and what rights you have as a registered user.

Applicable Law

For all disputes and legal disagreements related to these terms and conditions or subsequent individual agreements, Danish law is applicable. Neither the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) nor any other common European legislation shall apply. For consumer agreements, the law’s terms and conditions apply regardless of where the consumer resides.
